Huehuetenango coffee is grown in the mountains of northern Guatemala and is known for its floral scent and smooth velvety taste. This coffee is indeed sweet, bright, and floral initially, giving way to a pleasant sweetness and warmth. Not overbearing, this single origin starts off reminiscent of stone fruit with hints of apricot or peach that matures into milk chocolate, honey, and a touch of toffee. Clean mouthfeel, medium acidity.
